Markele Cullins

Markele is an interdisciplinary visual artist and DJ born and based in Baltimore, MD. Cullins works in a variety of mediums ranging from photography, design, installation, and experimental video. Cullins went to UMBC for his bachelor’s degree. Throughout his conceptual and research-based practice, he explores themes of intimacy, memory recollection, and technology. As a performer and DJ he has performed at Motor House, Metro Gallery, Space Camp, and The Baltimore Museum of Art. Cullins spoken at Baltimore Pride, The Creative Time Summit, Terrault Gallery, and The 29th MAPACA Conference.
